Your item is created after you buy it—cut, printed, and finished specifically for you.

That means a little more time upfront, but a better product in the end.


PRODUCTION

  • 2–7 business days to produce your order
  • Production begins immediately after checkout
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday

Once your item is ready, it ships out.

5–15 business days

Europe

7–20 business days

Rest of World

10–30 business days

These are real-world timelines based on our production partners—not unrealistic “Amazon-speed” promises.


HOW YOUR ORDER SHIPS

We work with global production partners to get your order made and delivered efficiently:

  • Printify
  • Tapstitch

Shipping carriers may include:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Local postal services in your country

TRACKING

You’ll receive tracking via email once your order ships.

  • Tracking may take 2–5 days to activate
  • International tracking can be less detailed depending on location

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Order multiple items? They may arrive separately.

Different products are produced in different facilities to keep quality high and costs efficient.


REAL TALK: SHIPPING EXPECTATIONS

We don’t overpromise—and we don’t cut corners.

Delays can happen due to:

  • High demand
  • Carrier slowdowns
  • Customs processing (international orders)

If your order is still within the delivery window above, it’s on track.


CUSTOMS / DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL)

Some countries charge import fees or VAT.

These are set by your government—not us—and are the customer’s responsibility.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Double-check your shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • Reshipping fees will apply
  • We cannot guarantee item availability for replacement

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once marked “delivered,” responsibility transfers to the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages
  • Incorrect delivery by the carrier

If something looks off, contact the carrier first—we’ll help if needed.


HIGH-DEMAND PERIODS

Drops, sales, and holidays can increase production time.

We prioritize quality over speed—always.
